Visit to Eau Claire and Sophia's Birthday!

Sorry it has been two weeks but Devin keeps us busy! Two weekends ago we went back to Eau Claire to visit everyone and to so Uncle Steve, Aunt Toni, and cousin Sophia. Devin had a great time playing with all the toys at Grandma and Grandpa Kattestad's! He really like the dinasour but it was short lived as most toys are. Friday we went out to Uncle Dave and Aunt Tennille's house for Aunt Tennille's Birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We showed off our walking skills and entertained everyone for a few hours until it was time to go back to Grandma and Grandpa Kattestad's to go to bed.

On Saturday we went to visit Great Grandma Muldoon at her new apartment. We thought it was pretty cool. Devin brought along his toy that he walks behind so he could show off his new walking skills, Great Grandma was very impressed. Devin even used Great Grandma's bed to take a little snooze on, he was pretty tired out from an active morning full of playing!

Saturday night was time for Sophi's big Birthday party, 1 Year Old already! Her cousins didn't seem to understand that it was her Birthday and not theirs but she was nice enough to share in the present opening. Devin seemed to be the one most interested in the presents or should I say wrapping paper, mumm that tastes good.

Grandma and Grandpa's living room looked like it had been taken over by the little people, but they loved every minute of it. All the cousins seemed to play well together, we will see how long that lasts through the years, hopefully Sophi will be able to hold her own against all the boys. Good news is soon enough Savanah will be here to help her out against all the boys!

Cousin Kelsey also helped to keep everyone in line and playing nice together!
Sunday Grandma, Aunt Kelly, Mommy, Dawson and Devin all went out to play at the mall play area so Daddy could have some quiet time to study and work on homework. Daddy appreciated the quiet time and we had lots of fun. Though Devin still might be a little small for the play area due to other big kids and not watching out for small people.

Dawson tried to make sure Devin had a fun time but getting them to look at the camera at the same time proved to be a big task.
Devin and Dawson had lots of fun playing in the tunnel until they were kicked out by some GIRLS!

Devin was a big fan of the lady bug, I think it was the red, he could relate.

Dawson just wanted to say "what's up Aunt Peggy I am trying to be a good boy."

Look What Daddy Did!!!!

Dan thought it might be fun to teach Devin how to walk with the toy Grandma and Grandpa Kattestad got him for Christmas and now he won't stop, he is walking all over the living room with it, it really is cute but too soon for mommy!!! I hope you all enjoy the video clip, forgive my bad camera job, I am not a professional!!

Blocks!

Here is a clip of Devin knocking over some blocks, mommy taught him how to do that and now no one can build anything because Devin knocks it over right away!

Cutest Baby!

Devin thinks he is the cutest baby on the block and mommy doesn't help having a camera on the ready at all times! Just wanted to share some cute pictures.

Devin is 8 Months Old!!!!!!!

Well believe it or not Devin is already 8 months old, I am not sure where the time has gone. Dan and I can't believe how much he has changed but we love it. It makes mommy a little sad that he is changing so fast but Daddy thinks it's cool because Devin is much more interactive.

Past Few Weeks

Dawson did try to help out with keeping Devin in line, he tried to escape a few times and Dawson was actually able to pick him up and bring him back to the living room. We only had one accidental dropping and Devin was a trooper and brushed it off.
Devin had a lot of fun talking to Great-Grandpa Goshaw but he couldn't sit still for long so it was a fast story. Though he did come back for more.

Dawson was not a fan of the camera this weekend so we will have to work on him!

We went to Eau Claire last weekend to see everyone. It was nice to go home and visit with everyone. Kelly is doing good other than she is ready to have those twins out of her, at the last ultra sound there were about 5lbs each and it looks like the boy is coming out first! All grandparents are doing well, Grandma and Grandpa Goshaw just got back from Florida so we are a little jealous they got to get away from the cold and snow, but I am sure there is more to come. Devin is pulling himself up onto everything now and trying to figure out how to walk and he is going to be Trouble when he figures it out! Here are some pics from the weekend in Eau Claire.

Here is a great picture I know everyone will enjoy Devin had some great hair one morning when he woke up so of course I had to take a picture. It is a good thing he doesn't mind a camera in his face all the time!

Devin had a few baths to get all the sticky food off, since you know it is a lot of fun to wear our food!!! It is fun for mom and dad to wear his food too.

Ok so not much has happened in the past two weeks but here is an update anyways, Devin played in the laundry basket and thought it was the coolest thing since sliced bread, though he hasn't had sliced bread.
