Yesterday we decided it would be a great day to go to the beach and have a picnic supper. Devin was so excited when we got there that he barreled right into the water further than he could reach and tried to drown himself. He discovered quickly it was a good thing he had his
life jacket on. No
surprise the incident didn't stop him at all, he loved the water but made sure to wait for mom or dad before he went out too far.
Cullen on the other hand wasn't so sure about the water or sand, he wanted nothing to do with it and spent most of the day sitting in the sand filling a bucket. He did let me take him out in the water for a little bit but he still wasn't sure about it. Hopefully next time he will like it a little better.
Devin made sure that Cullen had something to play with, that is until Devin wanted the bucket and shovel.
We had a great day at the beach and I think if next weekend is this nice again we may have to make another trip there.

A ha ha ha ha ha ha, I'm so glad there are at least 4 people on a beach somewhere in the world ALMOST as white as me :)
